Stingy businessman catches heat after complaining 'unskilled labor' costs $32 an hour: 'If it was so unskilled, you'd do it yourself'

More often than not, a job well done comes at a price. If it's something that you're doing yourself, this comes in the form of your time and concentration but if you choose to outsource, it is highly likely that you are going to have to part with some cold hard cash. While everybody loves a bargain, it's not always fair for those doing work for you to pay them at a rate that simply saves you money. 

This was something that became a controversial topic of discussion recently when a millionaire real estate appraiser complained that his friend had attempted to hire a worker for some "unskilled labor" outside of Home Depot but balked when the man tried to charge him $32 an hour. People were quick to point out that the guy may have had reasons for his price other than trying to rip him off. Sometimes, you've just got to pay.

But honestly calling them unskilled is often a disservice- some of those guys are quite pro. Speaking from experience. They are more like "day freelancers" now
